Local poet and teacher, Glen Armstrong leads this monthly poetry writing workshop. Bring paper and a pen/pencil, leave with a poem.

Open Mic Night at L.A. Cafe

Perform your own original poetry at our first ever Open Mic Night hosted by the L.A. Cafe, located at 5815 Dixie Hwy. in Waterford.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Readings by Community Poets

The 2019 Poetry Leaves Exhibition will open with a ribbon cutting and a reception at the Township Hall Auditorium. Selected community members will each read their poem submitted for the project. The indoor and outdoor exhibit will run during the month of May 1st - 15th on the Township Campus.

The Exhibition will run May 1st - 15th on the Township Campus, including Township Hall (1st, 2nd & 3rd floors), DPW lobby, and the library.
